• Reduces bulkiness of orthoses.
• Ideal for static, dynamic, or progressive splints where less weight is desired
3.2mm(1/8")
• The standard thickness that provides stability and firm support
• Ideal for static, dynamic, and progressive splinting of upper and lower extremities

Perforation Guide
Non-perforated
Non-perforated provides maximum support. Ideal for upper and lower extremity splints, braces, spasticity, ambulation, and burn splints.
Perforated
Perforated(1%, 5%) allows some ventilation. It may slightly reduce support and weight. Materials soften up faster with heating. Great for static, dynamic and progressive type splints and fracture braces.
Extra Perforated
Extra Perforated(12%, 19%, 36%) provides greater ventilation and is lightweight for increased comfort and compliance. Softens and cools faster. A great choice for finger & hand based splints, non-weight-bearing splints and arthritis splints.
Micro Perforation(11%) and Micro-plus Perforation(15%)
